• Process content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights or copyrights of third parties.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit vulnerabilities, or inject malicious code into our client runtime.
• Deploy automated scrapers, denial-of-service bots, or abusive request loops.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain 100% of all rights, titles, and ownership of any documents, text, images, or audio files you process on ToolVerse. ToolVerse claims no ownership over your inputs or converted outputs.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

ToolVerse tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or error-free operation.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ToolVerse or its operators be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools, including loss of data or document corruption. Always maintain local backups of your critical documents.
